Meet our team

Pastor J has been in ministry since the age of 12! He has served in various leadership roles including Lead Pastor, Evangelist, and State Youth and CE Director for the Minnesota Church of God. He has traveled throughout the US sharing the good news of the Gospel of Jesus. He has been happily married to his talented bride, Rachel for over 34 years! He and Rachel have two grown sons, Ashton and Taylor, and three dogs Buddy, Simba, and Duchess. They live in Spring, Texas. Pastor J also is a Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team (formerly the John Maxwell Team). He has recently earned the Professional Coach certificate through Dream Releaser Coaching, an ICF accredited program. He is an avid coffee drinker!

Rachel serves as the Worship leader for Fusion Church. She is an accomplished musician, songwriter, and has a genuine heart for worship. She has been described as a Psalmist. She is a licensed RN, devoted wife, mother, and a true friend.

Roland serves as an Elder for Fusion Church, teaches the adult class, and is a passionate student of the Word.
